Our client is a leading US Retailer with global revenue of over US$25 billion. The US Retailer is coming to China to setup their ECommerce Web Retailing business to cover the 1.4 billion consumer market.
Work s cope:
• Lead and build company website’s digital experience including new features on the website, offline marketing activities connection, social media integration…etc.
• Lead and build the company’s CRM experience, including loyalty program functional design and customer interface design, solution deliverables…etc.
Responsibilities :
• Collect the business requirements and build up product roadmap for specific business growth result
• Bridge the gap between the technical and business worlds as you design services that our clients desire, to define, design, build, deploy and guide products from conception to launch.
• Create wireframes, user stories, user flows, and process flows to effectively communicate interaction and product design ideas
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
• Present designs financials and manage key milestones deliverables
• Identify opportunities for improvement, and incorporate new product features on an ongoing basis
• Analyze product and user metrics using analytics tools, and use the learning for product innovations and improvements
• Conduct competitive analysis regularly and identify areas for differentiation
• 3 + years of working experience in digital marketing, Ecommerce industry, proven track record of developing & launching mobile products as product manager
• Good understanding of E-Commerce & Omni-channel business
• Agile & data driven mindset
• Good understanding of visual design with sensitivity to use interaction
• Thorough knowledge of prevailing and emerging mobile trends and technologies
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows
• Good understanding in HTML, C S S , and Java Script for rapid prototyping with the technology team
• Proven project management experience & skills in leading with cross functional teams in Marketing and Technology
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development process
• Strategic mindset coupled with a keen attention to detail
