. Responsible for leading and overseeing the development of pre-season financials plans and in-season rolling operating forecasts that maximize sales, margin and turn for all channels/ platforms aligning with the merchandising strategies.
. Partner closely with the merchandising team to create financial and inventory plans by platform
. Effective communication in presenting pre-season plans and in-season financial forecasts
. Build and develop talent to prepare for next level
Key Activities
. Develop seasonal/ monthly vendor, financial class/ category and departmental pre-season plans for sales, markdowns, receipts, markups, gross margin, stock and all financials metrics by platform and recommend actions to achieve targets
Based in Hong Kong
Despite the title, the post will cover all types of planning role including operational planning, financial planning, sales planning, forecasting, etc.
Strong Retail Planning Management experience in an Omni/Multi-Channel environment.
Strong knowledge in China
